Waiheke Island brewery's is located at Wild on Waiheke and housed in a shed - where most great brewery's have the humble beginnings! We do not run regular brewery tours, but have plans in the near future to expand the brewery facilities enabling us to conduct informative and interactive brewery tours on a regular basis.
However we can arrange beer presentations and blind tastings/quiz events; private tastings and brewery tours to groups of 10 or more by prior arrangement. Please contact us direct for more information.
Private Tasting & Presentations
A typical private tasting and tour can involve anywhere between two and five different styles of beer with Alan's detailed explanations of the merits of each interspersed with various legends and anecdotes of the history of beer making. Starting off with simple, classic beer styles and then moving on to more exotic and unusual brews, these presentations take place in the brewery and are an excellent way to find out more of what the world's brewers have to offer.
